– Whiskey Type: Unpeated Islay single malt scotch whiskey

– Distillation: Distilled from organically grown barley, raised and harvested at mid Coul Farms in 2009 for a 2010 distillation

– Maturation: in ex-bourbon American oak casks

– Aged: 8 years

– Bottling: non-chilled filtered and colouring free on the island of Islay

– Strength: 50% abv alcohol

– Certificate: accredited with organic certification from the UK Biodynamic Association

– Colour: Pale straw

– Nose: Rich honey, lemon meringue and floral notes of gorse and heather

– Taste: Well integrated flavours and a round gentle texture

– Finish: Sweet citrus, lemon drops, come through well on the finish and a slight char from the oak gives depth.
