– Nose: Strawberry, Cherry, Mizunara (Japanese Oak) Fragrant sandalwood and maybe coconut.

– Palate: Raspberry, white peach, touch of coconut. The dried berries remain lively on the palate, but they dialled back a bit to make room for light oak, white peach, and a small amount of spice.

– Finish: Relatively long finish with vanilla and sweet spice dancing around the tongue.
